Work and school mailboxes on Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) use these IMAP and SMTP servers. Most organizations have turned off password sign-in, so the mail app must support modern authentication.

Use Microsoft 365 in GotEmail
You don't need these settings in GotEmail. Choose Add Account, pick Outlook and sign in on Microsoft's own page. No password goes into GotEmail, and there are no servers to type.
Good to know
- IMAP is on by default in Exchange Online, but an administrator can turn it off for a user, and it is off automatically when the organization uses security defaults.
- Microsoft asks organizations to disable Basic authentication, which blocks password-only IMAP; apps that sign in with Microsoft keep working.
- Your organization may need to allow a new app before you can sign in. If you see an approval message, ask your IT team.
