Refund Policy

If GotEmail for Mac is not for you, write to us within 7 days of buying and we refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.

At any time, you also get a full refund if you were charged twice or by mistake, or if you never received your license key and we could not send it to you.

How to ask

Write to support@voprexlabs.com from the email address you bought with; the order number from Polar's receipt helps. We issue the refund through Polar, our merchant of record, and the money goes back the way you paid; how soon it shows depends on your bank or card. You can also write to Polar about your order at support@polar.sh.

After a refund

The license key stops working.

GotEmail for iPhone

Purchases made in the iPhone app go through Apple's App Store, and Apple handles their refunds: ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any right you have under Polar's Checkout Buyer Terms or under the consumer law that applies to you.
